🎓 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE THAT FUEL YOUR IMPACT

Education & Credentials

  • Bachelor’s in Healthcare Admin, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • CMPE or similar certification? Big bonus.

Experience

  • 5+ years in multi-site healthcare leadership

  • 3+ years managing and developing people

  • Bonus: Billing, coding & credentialing knowledge

📊 4. Turn Data Into Direction

  • Define and track KPIs: patient volumes, AR days, staff productivity, NPS

  • Present actionable dashboards to the COO monthly

💰 5. Own the Financial Engine

  • Full P&L ownership — forecast, control, grow

  • Oversee revenue cycle and reduce denials

  • Optimize vendor contracts and cost strategy

  • HIPAA. OSHA. Credentialing. No shortcuts.

  • Lead audits, incident reviews, and corrective actions

👥 WHO YOU LEAD

You’ll lead a team that includes:
 Assistant Managers, Leads, Clinical Staff, Admins, HR & Ops Managers.

🧍‍♀️ ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL EXPECTATIONS

  • Work in dynamic clinical and administrative spaces

  • Occasional evening/weekend flexibility required

  • Light lifting (up to 20 lbs) and extended sitting/standing
