🎓 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE THAT FUEL YOUR IMPACT
Education & Credentials
- Bachelor’s in Healthcare Admin, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- CMPE or similar certification? Big bonus.
Experience
- 5+ years in multi-site healthcare leadership
- 3+ years managing and developing people
- Bonus: Billing, coding & credentialing knowledge

📊 4. Turn Data Into Direction
- Define and track KPIs: patient volumes, AR days, staff productivity, NPS
- Present actionable dashboards to the COO monthly
💰 5. Own the Financial Engine
- Full P&L ownership — forecast, control, grow
- Oversee revenue cycle and reduce denials
- Optimize vendor contracts and cost strategy

- HIPAA. OSHA. Credentialing. No shortcuts.
- Lead audits, incident reviews, and corrective actions

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per hour
